Good Morning Mick and everyone from Hull.
It’s great it’s been 12 weeks since your last collapse and with your medication and routine now long may it continue.

Speke Hall looks very interesting Nannagarra. Yesterday we visited Burton Constable Hall it was gorgeous with sprawling grounds. The hall inside just kept on giving and the guides were very knowledgeable.

I didn’t get on yesterday because as I was typing my message our son in China called so we had a video chat. He looks great and called between his classes. He was showing us the heavy angry rain clouds gathering over the mountain through the skyscrapers. What a view.
I’m going to pick up GS early so son can get to work. We are going to do a walk with daughter and GDs. GS will scoot and it’s away from traffic and safe as because of his extra needs he has no road sense at 7.

Have a good day if you can and thoughts to those struggling today. ??

Morning Mick, morning All from an overcast corner of Somerset

Enjoyed our lake walk yesterday followed by a coffee in the sun outside a small garden centre. Our garden is in desperate need of some tlc, doesn’t look like there will be space this week though. Off to research a new fridge/freezer today, could simply order on line but I like to be able to see the fridge layout. The ever patient Mr C will leave the final decision to me. A mixed blessing.

A multi disciplinary meeting being held this afternoon to discuss our goddaughters concerns about her Mum‘s care and the deterioration in her overall health. Our goddaughter is very nervous, fortunately her husband will be with her. We’ll chat this evening. I’ve one of those itchy, anxious feelings on her behalf.

Well done for managing your medication and general lifestyle to help your health mick. We’re making changes here to help Mr C manage heart issues, not easy is it? I’d willingly take some jam off your hands grandmattie, home made jam is the best.

Take care everyone. Special thoughts to all facing life’s challenges. Hope Monday is kind to us all.

Good morning Mick and everyone from a lightly cloudy but warm North Sea. We are gliding towards a mid morning stop at the German island of Sylt where we are to spend the day in the resort of List.
It’s time to get down for a yummy breakfast buffet so I’ll wish you all the best possible day.

Thanks Susan56. You and I are in good company: Speke Hall is always very well patronised.
Have a brilliant camping trip with your family.

Nannagarra, your photo brings back many happy memories. As children we would cycle the few miles to Speke Hall many times over the summer.

Good morning from Shropshire.

Good that you have sorted your medication regime Mick and are feeling better.

Up early today to get ready for our camping trip with family?

Have a good day all??

Good morning everyone.
Some encouraging news Mick that your change in routine has proved beneficial.
Speke Hall yesterday was a joy. Our Tudor tour guide provided further insights; every time we visit we learn something new.
Our DGC are coming here today so I’m hoping to squeeze in a trip to the park before it rains.
Whatever your plans, enjoy Monday.

Good morning from an overcast E Kent. The forecast rain will NOT reach us! ?
I’m glad you have managed to sort out your drug regime by yourself, Mick. I hope your hospital appointment is productive.
Having thought I was having an empty yesterday, a friend brought me 5kg of damsons which needed immediate jamming! I froze some to have stewed in the winter but I still needed to cook 4kg. Fortunately, I had enough sugar and made about 30 pots of jam. I don’t eat jam. Want any??
Gardener and cleaner today as well as getting food thought out/ ready for my Tai Chi ladies coming to lunch tomorrow. I need to roast a chicken to have cold and make meringues for an Elton mess-ish.
Have a good day all. If it rains your end, pleeeease send some over. Carpe diem. ❤️?❤️???

Good morning Mick and that’s good news, hopefully an appointment will come soon.
A cloudy start in S Hants, it was actually slightly chilly last night, I’m hoping we get some rain today, it’s still sorely needed.
Normal Monday of housework and admin, we had a practice at indoor bowls yesterday, made me feel the seasons are changing.
Have your best day if you can ??

Good morning Mick, fingers crossed that your change of medication routine is the answer!
I slept really badly so feeling groggy this morning, it’s supposed to be raining so keeping my fingers crossed that it does!
Nothing special for today, kitchen and utility room need a really good clear out so that will take a while!

Good Morning Everyone,
Its a dry cool start here in brackley this morning ,and plan an easy day in.
Last week I had a letter ,as regards to seeing a specialist , appointment yet to made , hoping I can the Hospital which is easier for me to get to .
Its seems she/he will advise on my medication ,and make changes if need be .
It seems having the look into my stomach has been scrapped if new medication or routine can work better.
Mind you , since I changed my own routine of when I take what I have , I have not collapsed or blacked out for over 12 weeks .
Take Care,
Mick
