Auntieflo Fri 26-Aug-22 13:53:14

Jumbo hot dog sausage in a panini, with a glass of coconut water.

LadyGracie Fri 26-Aug-22 13:51:11

Gluten free crackers, cambazola and cherry tomatoes.

I’m sitting in the kitchen gazing at a batch of home made Chelsea Buns, just out of the oven. I suspect that in about half an hour I’ll be posting again to report an empty plate !!

The cheeses and halloumi chips GD did not eat last week. I'm trying hard not to go near the chicken nuggets or the yoghurt corners.

clareken Fri 26-Aug-22 13:45:19

Have you tried grating the butter?

TillyWhiz Fri 26-Aug-22 13:42:06

Stir fry veg, portobello mushroom, in olive oil with egg noodles. Dairy intolerant with a gallbladder which told me I'd eaten too much junk, non dairy or not!

Scrambled egg on toast

Shawlands2000 Fri 26-Aug-22 13:19:16

Tuna toastie made in our air fryer. Simply the best way to make a toastie. Delicious!

A sausage roll and half a bunch of red grapes.
I'm starting a diet tomorrow.

This sounds pretty moderate to me!
DH has recently started making sandwiches for us at lunchtime, which he regards as "cooking", something he doesn't usually attempt.
Actually he really does it because he likes using the meat slicing machine which I've bought, it means we can use up the remains of beef and ham joints.
(Very good buy, I can recommend!)

Five cubes of fudge. OH ate a small bag of Whatsits!

dogsmother Fri 26-Aug-22 12:56:25

Who would believe two slices of toast with banana and marmite squashed between and no I won’t try it again. I love banana and ham however.

ruthiek Fri 26-Aug-22 12:51:58

Last night was 3 frozen cream slices ?

grandtanteJE65 Fri 26-Aug-22 12:51:10

Porridge - as I was making some for our two new kittens who still really prefer milky things to grown - up cat food.

Their mother must really have stopped feeding them too soon, as they are both at 3 months desperate to find something to suck! I have just ordered a feeding bottle for kittens, as I don't want them trying to suck on a birth mark I have on my left forearm.

Olive bread and cottage cheese and tomatoes. I’m always surprised how much I like cottage cheese when it’s not used as a diet food.

missdeke Fri 26-Aug-22 12:34:14

Nothing, waiting for the butter to soften so I can spread it (or I will just slice it on!!) then it will be a cheese and jam sandwich and a slice of malt loaf, together with an iced latte.

midgey Fri 26-Aug-22 12:15:38

Far too much!

Sheba Fri 26-Aug-22 12:15:27

Sorry lixy, auto correct intervened !

Sheba Fri 26-Aug-22 12:14:05

Thank you Lucy, DH loves Lardy cake but I haven’t been able to buy it for years. I’m not a baker but I might give it a go smile

Granbelle10 Fri 26-Aug-22 12:13:01

Made Blueberry jam - then couldn't resist two thick slices of fresh bread and butter with jam. Yumm!

Treetops05 Fri 26-Aug-22 12:10:39

A very salty chicken and ham pie, which was actually a salt, ham and chicken pie :/

Tanjamaltija Fri 26-Aug-22 12:09:12

Fish and a humungus (warm) salad - [all cooked together] carrots, olives (green and black), capers, mushrooms, bell peppers (3 colours), onion, garlic, sweetcorn.

Tizliz

Regret the things you have done not the things you haven’t done.

Surely that should be the other way around?

MissAdventure Fri 26-Aug-22 11:56:02

Oh that sounds delicious!

Missingmoominmama Fri 26-Aug-22 11:55:41

Half a packet of Parma Violets.
