It’s an eagle owl.

I’m amused that we are encouraged to ‘tweet our reply’; isn’t it more appropriate that we
‘t-woo our reply’?

The look on the cat’s face ? both the cat and the owl “belong” to a Russian ornithologist. There’s another much longer video of her putting a tag on an owl, not sure if it’s the same one. I really didn’t realise that owls could be so big.
