Complete Savings Scheme via Iceland -what’s the catch?

I have just placed an order with Iceland and was taken to the Complete Savings scheme offering £16.87 off my next Iceland order. Then you pay £15 per month which you seem to get back as a bonus every time you use Iceland or one of their partners. It’s a 30 day free trial but you have to give your bank details. I presume you probably have to spend a large amount to get your bonus.

I have a nasty suspicious mind about this kind of thing so has anyone else taken this out and is it worth doing?

I have looked at the trustpilot reviews, bit of a faff sending receipts apparently and some admin problems but seems 54% five star, nothing to lose on a free trial but you will be bombarded with calls and emails.

Iceland is pretty good at Corporate Social Responsibility, so it's probably ok, I would think.

It's not just Iceland, it appears after placing an order on quite a few sites, Asda included. I'm presuming it is the same one as it's always £16.87
