Good morning all from East Yorkshire. We had rain overnight too .

Hope your procedure goes okay Mick

Yesterday there was a festival on around the marina so we went and had a look there. We watched a performance by a brass jazz band called Brass Aye. They are Glasgow based. Excellent musicians but didn’t play any tunes the crowd knew to get them involved. A few other of the installations were quirky and interesting. On the whole though it wasn’t a patch on how it used to be.

Today I’m going for a hair appointment, pick up my prescription and meeting DIL and GC for coffee after. GS is back at school tomorrow.

Take care everyone.

Good morning from a grey Bristol. It rained during the night, but not for very long.
We had a quiet day yesterday, remembering Philip. Curiously, it was also exactly 2 months since DH died. I was a bit of a mess in church with lots of memories flooding my mind.
The girls start school this mirning, they are both very very anxious about the change of class, etc. Added to this, they are moving to their new house, new parish in a fortnight, so lots of upheaval for them all.
I’m nearly packed, ready to go. My train is at 10.
Good luck with procedure, with appointments, the best with healt, love to families…. Carpe diem. ?❤️???❤️

Good morning from a Essex by the sea where there is a beautiful sunrise.
Housework and admin this morning plus a call to the council asking why our recycling bin hasn't been emptied for the last two weeks.
We've still hardly had any rain in this corner of Essex and the days are still sunny and warm.
One of my five granddaughters goes back to school today to start her first year of GSCE studies, the youngest starts school tomorrow and the other three go back on Wednesday.
Have a pleasant Monday everyone, much love xx

Good morning, Michael, Ash, and all GNs. Barely light in South Yorkshire and my, we had some rain last night - it was rattling against the windows. Good luck today, Mick; you’ll be fine and it’s good that your sister will be with you. DS took me out for Sunday lunch yesterday before he went off home. It was lovely to have his company for the weekend but I felt a bit adrift when he’d gone. Something I’m going to have to get used to. Ironing for me today and sorting the cupboard out under my bathroom sink! Yuk!
Have the best day you can folks.

Morning all from an autumnal looking West Oxfordshire. I hope the procedure goes well Mick. I am taking my car for it’s MOT this morning and when I get home will be waiting for my GP to call for a consultation on my liver function blood test. After that, and assuming my car passes it’s MOT I have to do a Waitrose shop. OH will be playing croquet with his U3A group.

Good morning, Mick, and all who follow.

Good luck with the endoscopy, Mick; it’s helpful that your sister is available to support you.

Another early TIB but DH is dozing so I might well do the same, ahead of another hot day. Last night there was lightning around but no rain.

Wishing you all a happy week: the start of a new term in much of England. ?????

Good Morning Everyone,
Its twilight but dry here in brackley at the moment.
Today , I have to be careful as to what medication I can have prior to having Endopsy done in hospital .
My sister is coming to stay in the guest room and taking me for the check up and bringing me home .
She has had it done so is aware , the hospital have asked me to bring some sandwiches to have after plus I have some glucose tablets as well to regain energy after it.
Take Care,
Mick
