The evil "nurse" from "one flew over the cuckoos nest" has died

The lady’s name is Louise Fletcher.
She won an Oscar for her role as Nurse Ratched.
She died on 23rd September

Fantastic film on my top five list I’d say.

Yes, Nicholson’s performance was amazing.
I haven’t seen the film though for well over 20 years.
I didn’t realise how beautiful Louise was

The film was made in the Oregon State Hospital, an actual mental hospital, as this was also the setting of the novel. The hospital still functions (as of 2022), though the original buildings seen in the film have been demolished.

A great film.
