Been to see live screening of madam butterfly from royal opera house. Fabulous but more tears of course.

Forgot I think to mention my spectacular trip and fall in town last week. Caught my toe on something, tripped and almost literally flew and landed full length, bashing knee chin cheek and head! Lovely young man jumped straight out of his car and helped me. My bloke fortunately was in a cafe about 100 yds away. I have a horrific purple bruise on my chin. It was so cold today I wore a beanie and the combination made me look like a burglar.

Don't hold back the tears Lucca. They do help release some of those emotional pressures that build up.

It also helps your loved ones know that you need a bit of extra support. You don’t have to be brave all the time. Xxx
