0.05% turmeric in Actimel.
If your going to take turmeric the best way is fresh root. This is the way my Dr recommends it.

We drink one every day, supposedly good for gut health. Maybe it is, maybe not but I don’t suppose it does us any harm, so we continue ...

I tried it for about 6 months but there was no noticeable impact, except on my shopping bill so I gave up-with no noticeable impact-except on my shopping bill.

I tried them years ago but they weren’t very good for my IBS so I gave them up.

I drink one with turmeric each day. I have no idea if it does me any good, but these type of drinks were suggested by Michael Moseley on his ' Just one Thing' radio programme. The daily cold shower or wild swim was one I didn't take up!

Turmeric...

What form is that in?

Thank you

This is the one I drink.

I do, no idea if it does any good, but I like the taste.

I loved having a freezing cold shower when I used to use the sauna at the gym but I stopped going because of the pandemic. I have a friend who goes wild swimming at a place near me but, alas, I can’t swim. I used to buy a timer but I’m terrible at not sticking to just one. I might check out the turmeric one though.

BlueBelle

I doing the wild swimming for you shysal

I would love to give it a try, BlueBelle, if I had a suitable place on my doorstep. A cold shower would not be the same!

Yes my hubby takes one faithfully every morning, TBH he doesn't get a cold very often , maybe once a year, but then neither do I and I don't take them.?
