I would say yes to all of them, but I just can't remember in detail pretending to be someone else. I'm sure I would have done that however, most likely as a teenager, as we got up to all sorts of things (perfectly innocent, no animal or human was harmed). So I can't in all honesty say yes to No 4 but I'll get back if I actually remember pretending to be someone else.
