3 yes and 2 no. I’ve not cheated in an exam or lied about my age. I’ve recently installed a ring doorbell (Amazon deal) to avoid answering if a certain neighbour comes calling. This has lowered my anxiety immensely and I don’t have to hide now.

so only yes to number 5 and that was when I was a junior school teacher. Some friends I hadnt seen for a long time called and we decided to go to a local pub for a drink and a meal and to catch up. Just about to go in and caught sight of 4 parents of children in my class. All very nice but I only had a short time with my friends so ducked down to creep away and went and grabbed fish and chips and went home to eat and catch up there. We had a lovely catch up, but I was rather edgy the next day at home time in case we had been seen . Phew ! got away with it.

5 x yes! If you count flirting with the guy who was my piano examiner when I was 16 as cheating. I literally scraped a pass. I knew I was going to struggle, so had to pull something out of the bag! My Mother always said I was a precocious child!

3 Nos and 2 yesses. Lots of giggles on these posts. I have hidden from talkative friends when in a hurry but when I used to push my mother round the supermarket in a wheelchair I would often turn into an aisle to see a nicely rounded person or a baby in a pushchair with a dummy in its mouth or someone wearing unusual clothes and have to execute a speedy three point turn and get away or the inevitable would happen and mother, in a very loud voice, would comment. If I had one of my teenagers with me they would hide behind pillars.
