Weighed blankets /quilts/duvets

My husband has told me he will buy me one of these for me for Christmas. I'd like to know if it's good for aches and pains?

Go on the Kudd.ly site we both have snuggly weighted blankets from there but read the reviews and it does talk about how they have helped patients with various health problems. We use ours to sleep better and wouldn’t be without them.

I've had a Koala one for a few years. It's brilliant for staying asleep a bit longer (with a bad back) as I rarely sleep for more than four or five hours. Like a hug, it keeps me still and stops me kicking all the covers off. I use a top sheet under it as it's a pain to remove/untie the cover for laundry and the blanket itself goes to the cleaners, as I'm sure it's too heavy for my machine.

I have a Koala and I absolutely love it, and missed it when we had the heatwave back in the summer.

I use a top sheet so that I don't have to struggle with getting the Koala cover on and off. I have used a top sheet for years, long before having the Koala.

I'm much less restless sleeping under this, and no longer get restless legs either.

I wouldn't be without it.

I bought one for DH from the works, I hoped to use my staff discount but I couldn’t (sigh). He loves it. It’s quite heavy to move about but it’s lovely when you lie under it, I get custody in the afternoon sometimes.
I’ve never slept under it and DH uses it for sleeping in his chair. He says he sleeps very well with it.
