National Trust Updated website.

I agree Nandad. I couldn’t work out if the dates which were half shaded in meant reduced hours or not open at all. It’s been in this state of partial construction for sometime. I wonder why it is taking so long. In addition it must be costing ‘our’ money to set up and I couldn’t see anything wrong with the previous website.

We recently visited NT Cliveden, near our home. We decided to have lunch in the cafe. We chose a sandwich which turned out to be out of date, DH had a warm pasty which was served at the counter, he also ordered a baked potato that arrived 15 minutes later. He couldn’t eat the skin as it was burned black. I filled in a card given to me at the kiosk with my 3 complaints, that was 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing. I won’t let it go and will complain again. It’s just not good enough.

A few of the properties I looked at didn’t have opening times and I can’t work out if they are permanently closed or just closed until April next year. I guess it’s still a work in progress.

I think I might have been a bit hasty as I have just looked and it’s easier than I initially thought. They say the new website is still under construction, so there may be additions.
