A soggy rich tea I’d intended flicking to a duck in the river we were sat by ended up in a friend’s ear. My aim was never good.

Jaffa cakes. To dunk or not to dunk. That is the question. Definitely more research needed.

Rich Tea don't "crumble", surely? They sort of dissolve.

That was The Independent comment on it. However, the Mirror online comments that ‘The study, dubbed DUNCS (Direct Uptake of Nutrition and Caffeine), was conducted in order to “better inform NHS staff when having a tea break” and was published in the Christmas issue of the British Medical Journal’
Whoever conducted the study let’s hope it was worthy of the time spent on it!
