Here's our humble Fireplace, it's a bit sad really because we both hate wood burners, so it kind of lays dormant a bit like Etna. Previous owners put it in. Husband says it makes him wheeze and well lets just say if Alicia Keys were ever to up date her wonderful song a few years down the line to "This post menopausal girl is on fire" we'll that's kind of me when it's going full pelt x 10

Thank you Fanny, it’s slightly darker than the photo. I also love William Morris prints, I’ve cushions in Tulip and Willow design. The cottage was built late Arts and Craft era.

Lovely fireplaces. I wish I has summoned up the energy to do ours. As it is, the poinsettia on our hearth is shedding leaves as I look at it.
