We were buying wine at the weekend and I noticed that some wineries are starting to put photos of people who were deported to Australia on their labels

That's a particular brand and we've been buying it for ages.
There's a different person and their story on different varieties.

Fair enough.
Surely it was only the $5 note which still had the Head of State on it?

The Head of State has to remain on the coinage, however.

It reports in the Times this morning that this is leading towards Australia becoming a republic.
Who can blame them and great that the First Nations people and their art is appearing on their banknotes.
