There was a lot of speculation and none of it based in fact.
Who really knows what goes on behind the scenes at MNHQ?

What made them bring the sex topic back into active is well beyond me.

I wasnt judging you for looking at the sex topic Jane, your non use of loo brushes is all the character reference I need .
It's just a bit sad I think, it's sometimes important for women to talk about sex, and then the pervs arrive and wreck it. Justine MN sounded a little defensive but generally I find her really good at dealing with conflict.

Ah damn they've got a limit on how many topics you can see before you register.

Apparently there was a MN spinoff forum started last week because of all the sex chat and advertising stuff but I can't find what it's called.

I guess I'm a bit nosey parker. Can someone message me if you know please.

I havent ever looked at the sex board because yes predatory men. It's something about them reducing the length of time u have to be a member before you can post on it (which will have acted as some deterrent against trolls) and something to do with it now being in active. I sort of lost interest after a while.

From what I just read on MN, they put the sex forum threads back into active topics when it had previously been hidden and reduced the time you needed to be registered to post there from 30 to 7 days.

Lots of people didn't appreciate the sex threads popping up and a big bunfight ensued. I won't even mention some of the titles .

hasn't there been a sex board for some time? I only posted briefly during lockdown but there were predatory men posting then, for sure. I felt sorry for whoever had to moderate it late at night.

They has been a massive debate about the sex board, and the rules, and its place on the forum, that's all I know.
