I bought tickets through Ticketmaster and one friend changed her mind about coming.
Ticketmaster put one of them up for resale for me, kept me informed throughout and credited my account promptly when the ticket sold a few weeks later.
I could choose the amount to ask for and we got the original purchase price back.
The concert is in November so time was on our side.
