We started buying 500ml of glass bottled milk from Sainsburys,
when it was reduced to £1.00p as it normally would cost £1.25p.
The Tom Parker glass bottles were not returnable,
unlike the glass bottles of milk we have delivered to our home.
Nice to see that now that the Tom Parker glass bottles can be returned via your home milk delivery service, not sure if the bottles can be returned with the metal lids as well.
Just pleased that we can try and slow down the plague of plastic across OUR World.
Not sure if Tom Parker glass bottles are only supplied in the south west of England.

I've not heard of Tom Parker bottles but I shall look in Sainsbury's later this morning. A better idea than plastic containers for milk.

I am in Oxfordshire, by the way.

Never heard of Tom Parker in eastern areas but then we don’t have a Sainsburys either so I m not much use 😂

I thought that this was something to do with. the young singer who died, Tom Parker of The Wanted.

It’s not. In this instance, Tom Parker is the name of a dairy

We have Milk and More deliveries (glass bottles of milk) and they also offer IIRC Tom Parker cream and yoghurt in glass.
