Hello kim19. My sleep is often a series of naps; frequently, I also take one in the day.
Curiously, in yesterday’s Telegraph, there was a little column, suggesting that daily eating of kefir yogurt can improve quality of sleep after about 4 weeks. Might be worth a try?

Morning all! Been awake for a couple of hours now but not discontent. Fragmented sleep has become my way of life and I've learned to live with it. Tried all the suggested antidotes other than medication without success. Happily, reading and films keep me well occupisd and content. I obviously just need less sleep with the disappearance of business pressures of the past. Hope everyone has a lovely day.

I ve done wordle and quordle listening to radio and will drop off again soon I m sure , get another little snooze in before getting up at 7

I’ve been awake for a good half hour. Will read my kindle in a bit and possibly drop off again just before time to get up. 🫤

Hiya thought I d done well and it was 5 am then realised it was 3 am 😂

I’m doing ok; still trying to sort my house purchase/move out. Hoping the removals come on Thursday. DD is away all long weekend, so I’ll be on my own.
I have to say, I’m finding all this quite overwhelming.
No rain herein Bristol.

All good here be so glad when it warms up a bit and blooming stops raining I need to dig some more of my allotment but rain stops play when ever I ve got a free few hours 😳
