Surely if he is old enough to work he will be doing his own washing!

Quite right too! I expect he will.
Although I will allow him to put his underwear or T-shirts in with our stuff in the interest of saving water and electricity.
But I don’t usually invite my guests to bring their own laundry detergent.
I was looking for advice from anyone who has used Simple sheets with particularly soiled clothing.

Spray great areas with vanish first.
Good idea, thanks.
Depending on how many greasy patches there are it might use up my whole supply of K2r.

My nephew is coming to stay for a while. He is a mechanic, so his work clothes get oil or grease on them.
I like Simple Sheets for our washing, but does anyone know how effective they are on greasy/oily clothes? I don’t want to waste water by having to re-wash his things.
