Probably half watch whilst doing something else.
Always good for a laugh and a moan.

No I won't be watching it. I've a couple of films recorded, left over from last Saturday, I'll watch them.

If they let Zelensky speak who would demand a platform next year? He gets plenty of air time. This is not a political programme.

Fflaurie Sat 13-May-23 13:35:46

Can't stand it any more, they won't let Zelensky address the audience, even though it's his country who won it last year, as 'it is a song competition, not for politics'
but they allow the obvious political voting.

Germanshepherdsmum Sat 13-May-23 13:33:06

No way. Why do we now have two threads asking the same question?

Moonwatcher1904 Sat 13-May-23 13:27:39

We will probably watch it to see who votes for who.

MiniMoon Sat 13-May-23 13:07:33

I probably will. I watched both semi finals so it seems o ly right that I watch the final. Mr. MM wants to see it as he doesn't often get the chance.

Calendargirl Sat 13-May-23 12:35:30

No, I won’t be watching.

Never missed it when I was young, but haven’t tuned in for several years now.

Moonwatcher1904 Sat 13-May-23 12:28:11

I will watch it for the stupidity of it all. They wouldn't let Zelensky make a speech because it being too political but isn't the contest political anyway.
I was in two minds whether to bother as Far From the Madding Crowd is on BBC 2. I read the book as a teenager and saw the original film in 1967 with Julie Christie, Terence Stamp and Alan Bates. The one on tv tonight stars Carey Mulligan also an excellent version.
