Good morning from another bright Bristol day.
What a nuisance your back is still uncomfortable Mick. I hope it improves soon.
I did a biggish shop for dinner with DS first thing yesterday morning. I got myself some peonies at the same time. I’m very fond of them.
I went to the church Saturday morning coffee. Unless I have something to do, I don’t speak to a soul some days - apart from saying good morning to the person in the paper shop.
DS arrived in the early afternoon and asked where the satnav was. We searched the car, nada. I suspect it has been left open by accident at DD’s or when they have used it, and some opportunist took it. Grrr.
I then realised how anxious DS was about travelling around without it. I had to print a map for him to get him - in daylight. It’s very unusual for him to show such vulnerability.
Our dinner was very successful - venison steaks and salad, and Elton mess-ish (yoghurt instead of cream) for pudding. He left in full daylight!
Today, church and potter.
I hope today is gentle with you and yours. Carpe diem 🦩🦩❤️🦩

Good Morning Everyone,
Its bright and sun is shining here in brackley this morning.
I am still suffering with back pain , but I have done the normal massage with deep heat to ease it , maybe a comfortable day for me .
And try to relax and think of the pain .
Take Care,
Mick
