Pro Breeze fans are brilliant, Ann, and are a fraction of the price.
Also made in the UK.
I have six of them.

I’m something of an expert because I absolutely loathe hot weather and am constantly hot, even when others are cold.

I’ve researched Dyson fans several times, and believe me, if I thought that they were all they are cracked up to be, I would have bought one (or two).

I also have a small portable air cooler that was recommended on here

No need of a cooling fan here at the start of June, very chilly wind.

I have checked the Netta , looks good and suitable and excellent reviews, Thank you.

Auntieflo

We do have a Dyson, Cool and Heat, fan, but the one used in the lounge I found much better.
It is a NETTA oscillating, tower fan. I think another GN member mentioned them a couple of years ago.

I second the oscillating tower fan recommendation. Not sure what brand the one I owned was, but it was very good.

I would say there are better fans than Dyson. In fact I steer clear of anything that is made by them. I owned the worst vacuum cleaner I have ever had and I heard similar complaints at the time from others. What happened to their washing machines? Hasn’t he moved abroad to save tax? Sorry to not be more helpful but we have a couple of fans(in the loft at the moment) which work well and we’re just picked up on spec.

Yes I have one and am happy with it. However I think there are other brands available now so it nay be worth shopping around.

I am sure that I have seen Dyson fans mentioned on here.
Are they really good, can users recommend them?
They are expensive but are they worth the cost?
Thanks .
