Yes I have heard of them.
This year I have made an appointment.
I saw a programme where a doctor was saying many of the tests are worth doing as they can highlight things that need attention.
My doctors surgery is so busy getting appts can be tricky. Also if you are ill, yes go to the GP. But checks to highlight potential future problems are another thing.
At 76 I thought it was worth a try!

I receive an invitation regularly from Bluecrest. I have been tempted to book an appointment - but never have done !!

I’ve had letters from them quite regularly inviting me to make an appointment at a nearby hotel where they use one of the conference rooms, I presume. I’ve never bothered, seems on the expensive side despite their “special offer”. The letter gets shredded.

I get letters from them. They go straight into the bin.

crazyH - or was perhaps? A friend is waiting (it's been three months now) for an urgent spine operation. She may become paralysed at any time!

HeavenLeigh - I don’t understand why anyone would need Private Health Care, when we have a Health Service, which is the best in the world !

No I don’t actually have it done, I have regular tests throughout the year, just wondered if anyone else has had this from BlueCrest

Liver levels

Libel levels ? Tendency to sue ?

Calipso Tue 27-Jun-23 19:19:53

libel levels?
Whatever next.......

I can't imagine how routine bloods / blood pressure results can run to 24 pages either.
I also get these tests done at my GP surgery annually.

I have these done at my GP surgery and the results are available to me online via the MyGP app. It doesn’t cost me anything. It sounds to me like that’s a private healthcare company that will probably charge a hefty price for those tests.

I get contacted by this company every year for health checks they check your libel levels . Kidney, blood pressure height weight, heart! Your data is put into a system blood couriered to their lab, you get 24 page long health document each reading will be traffic lighted red outside the recommended range further out, amber is slightly outside the recommended range, green is within the recommended range. Anyone heard of this or had these tests done
