Good morning everyone it’s Wednesday 12 July and I’m wide away far too early here on the east coast of Fife where the weather forecast says 60% rain but that won’t hold me back I’m off out today with my carer I’m going to the wee hole in the wall at Sainsburys. My nurse yesterday took a photo of my skin procedure saying it’s healing up very well.
