Would it not be great to have a collection of lives of gransnetters in a book? Maybe not the whole life story but excerpts? So many really great life stories here. Only today on another thread I read a poster commenting about having learnt to drive in Burma and coming to the UK with experience not of UK roads but monsoon conditions and jungle drivingš (apology I cannot remember who that was) but what a great anecdote. Many others talk of childhood poverty or childhoods very different from today. It would be a pity if these stories were lost
