Good morning from a bright & sunny Sefton. Hope it lasts but rain forecast for late afternoon. Better get the washing on.
A morning full of exercise classes today. Trying to spread them out over the week is proving difficult. A free afternoon to recover with a bit of gentle gardening.
Good to hear your life is getting a bit more back into your normal routine Mick.
Have a good day all.

Good morning everyone from a bright and sunny north Kent; supposed to be a nice day, but we shall see! Hopefully the summer will be reappearing as I have just ordered a pair of subscription sunglasses from the optician and hope to have a reason to wear them! 😎

Yesterday the visit from the grandsons resulted in lots of chatter, drawings, demolishing of sandwiches and frequent visits to the biscuit barrel which is now empty. No wonder they are growing like weeds! They will need collecting from football training later.

Later this morning I have my exercise class - hopefully outside if the weather stays fine and I am hoping to get stuck into doing a watercolour painting.

Hope you all have a good day.

Good morning from rainy Cornwall. A lovely, hectic 6th birthday party yesterday for my grandson where my art student (his aunty) announced that she's off to Australia for a year. My son did the same at her age; such an invaluable experience. After the party I came home with a doggy bag of sugary snacks and watched Lego Masters New Zealand on catch up. Today I'll venture to the beach to see if my grandson's Nike trainers are on a wall where we think he left them two nights ago. A chance in a million! All the best for your treatment Mick.

Good morning all from North Leicestershire where it is quite bright but isn't set to last.

I am taking my brother and his wife to his Memory Clinic appointment - so will see what the rest of the day brings.

My friend had another fall yesterday - à worry.

Have the best day possible everyone.

Good morning Michael and all GNs. The sun is shining in South Yorkshire today; not sure it will last though. Glad your appointment went okay yesterday Mick.
My best friend came to lunch yesterday and we had a lovely long afternoon talking each other to a standstill. We’ve been friends for a long time and we share a skin.
Today is writers group at the library. I have done nothing in preparation so I’ll have to beg forgiveness!
Have the best day you can folks.

Good morning from a cloudy Torbay.

I’m glad you can have your treatment at home, Mick, and hope you continue to receive support from the hospital. You will probably find it tiring at times.

Helping with a toddler group could be hard work, I imagine, grandMattie, but rewarding, too, perhaps. It’s good that you are finding activities in which to become involved.

I agree with you regarding small garages, karmalady. My local one is very reliable but nearly went under during the pandemic. Regulars weren’t clocking up the miles and the tourists, another source of business, weren’t visiting. Mine is within easy walking distance of my home, too.

A day at home then a rehearsal later. The pressure is on for those with main parts as we open in less than two weeks! DH is very understanding about the number of evenings out I have.

Thoughts with our poorly and absent friends, especially Kalu and Urmstongran. 🦩🥰🦩💐🦩

Good morning, a mixed bag of weather today in s somerset. I will be going out on my bike by 9 this morning, rain will set in early afternoon

Mot and major service were excellent and I am very glad that I took the plunge and went to a small local garage rather than the main dealership. I pay less and get much better service. I need to make myself do more miles, it has been < 3k a year every year, since I was widowed

Today I have much tidying and general dusting to do, concentrating on my living room and kitchen/dining where the table is fully extended and is now full of items for spinning and weaving and tbh has been a handy dumping space for a few weeks

Have a good day

Good morning from a clear Bristol. We are promised a little sunshine but not a lot of warmth, below 20C…
I went to the “free” tai chi class. Gentle Xi Gung for half an hour, two 25 minute walks there and back - well exercised.
The map on the phone sent me all round the houses on the way out and a very direct route on the way home again; I hope I remember it for next time.
Coffee with the church lady was pleasant, but exactly what I expected. She wanted to ask me to help with the toddler group, and also recover a number of cushions…
Today, the biweekly coffee morning for “inmates”, a chance toget to know each other and to air whinges about what the management is supposed to provide and doesn’t.
Take care, dear friends. I hope today is kind to you.
Carpe diem 🦩🦩🦩🦩🦩

In Oxfordshire not I’m …

Good morning Mick bright here too I’m Oxfordshire.
Pleased that your treatment doesn’t involve too many trips to the hospital, you will be happy to get back to normal life, just go straight back to them if your symptoms alter.

Dog sitting here today and that’s about it, I did plenty of cooking yesterday for today and for the freezer, hopefully the grass will be dry enough to mow the lawn later.

Have a good day everyone, thoughts are with Urms and Kalu
