Can anyone recommend a good radio station for weekend mornings. I always used to listen to BBC local stations Derby or Manchester but they have changed TIA

I highly recommend Boom Radio for any time of the day! They play a varied music selection and all the presenters are from our generation

Greatest Hits Radio show easy listening records of our youth.

We like Scala, Boom and Capital but we also have a Sonos so can access Amazon music and the playslists are great - no adverts or announcements.

Depends on what you want from a radio station, musical tastes, chat etc. I like Virgin Radio Anthems.

I have to agree. It’s not the same since Richard left.

Planet Rock......don't knock it until you've tried it.

Thanks everyone I'll give them all a try. Really fed up with usual stations and the weather doesn't help

I listen to Tony Blackburn's Sounds of the 60s on BBC Sounds, as it starts too early for me at 6am.
Pick of the pops 1pm Saturday on BBC Radio 2, then Gold Radio for hits I recognise. Steve Wright Sunday Lovesongs Radio 2 9am.
Greatest Hits Radio during the week for Ken Bruce's Popmaster, and Simon Mayo's Drivetime.
Apart from the weekend, I've just about given up on Radio 2, it's not the same since the recent departures.

I mostly listen to Radio 4. Radio 2 just isnt the same anymore. I avoid any stations with adverts.

I catch up with Jane and Fi podcasts on Times radio , love them but hate all the adverts. I like Sunday morning Radio 4 after about 10.00’

Thanks to those who recommended Boom Radio. I tried it today for the first time while I was pottering about in the kitchen. It's such a pleasant change to find a radio station that isn't only playing the "greatest hits" of whatever era. Lots of good music that I'd completely forgotten about and some that I didn't know at all. They're now in my pre-sets for future listening.
