I'm not a particular fan of cycling but do occasionally tune-in to see the land/cityscapes.

I don't watch the athletes as such but am fascinated by the surroundings... strange I know grin

I'm loving all the sandstone buildings smile

I was watching this until I had to leave the room. When I returned DH had put the television off. I haven't bothered to put it on again.

Glasgow is a lovely city ,some beautiful architecture .Sadly the main shopping streets are quite run down but I think thats happening in a lot of cities. Its looking good in the sunshine today ,we were in the city centre to see the Banksy exhibition and it was great to see the place busy with happy people in the sun.Its a good cycle circuit, quite challenging on some of the steep hills

I was watching the road race this morning when it was stopped by protesters. I haven't found out what the protest was about but it seemed to have involved wet cement on the road.

I have just caught up with my recording of the road race and Glasgow ( my birthplace) does look very good indeed.
