Boots the Chemist in my small town is totally useless.
Recently they stopped opening their Pharmacy on a Sunday.
I visited yesterday Wednesday to book my Flu jab and the pharmacy was closed again! I asked if I could just book my appointment but was refused. I had been given a priority flu booking online, but for the second year running it didn’t work.
The man in front of me said to the Pharmacist ‘what should I do I need my tablets’ the answer was ‘phone 111’. Outrageous. 😡
