The exploitation of women, complicit in their own ultimate destruction, by the media and entertainment world, is worthy of a study.

The same men who were ogling and encouraging her in her youth are the very same men who are now making unspeakable comments about her.

If you are going to make your fortune by being a plasticised blow-up sex-doll, the knack is to know when to jack it in and have another 'trade' up your sleeve, one that takes you out of the limelight and the Paparazzi viewfinder, and the false synthetic world of the glamourous A listers, and puts you back in the real world which by comparison of course is humdrum and boring.

Unfortunately, KP doesn't have the intelligence to know when to quit and, like the faded actresses of yesteryear parading in front of their bedroom mirrors in costumes from 40 years previous with mascara-streaked tears running down their cheeks at the recognition that they are now past-it, she will continue to enlarge her already engorged breasts in the vain hope that she can capture the glamour that shot her to fame.

... I think I've gone a bit OTT here, but I think you will see what I mean.

Vanity of vanities. And money of course.

bevispi1 You remind me of my father. he had this black and white approach to life, assuming everyone was brought up absolutely normally with a clear sense of right and wrong, and an always rational mind. While the idea of mental illness or dysfunction only existed in his mind inthe terms of someone barking made being taken away in a straight jacket.

Katie Price is a clearly a mentally disturbed woman trying desperately to keep everything going, including dealing with a severely disabled child, to whom she is clearly devoted.

She has limited education, and lets be honest, limited talents, a woman who made a lot of money from her physical assets and still struggles to do so, but over the years has slowly and inexorably been mentally overwhelmed by the complications of her life.

I have immense sympathy and pity for her. When she says she wants to go to prison, I think it is really a cry for help, to get out of the mess she is in, sort out her life and turn it around and be that pattern rectitude you think she should be.

She recognises that she needs to be told that she has to go somewhere away from all the pressures currently in her life and with psychological, financial and personal helpers, forced to confront her problems and deal with them in a way that is best for her.

Unfortunately no one can force her to this, and she is incapable of making herself do it, so prison must seem as the only way out. I feel ddeply sorry for her and her children.

If I need to spell it out then here it is.
Katie Price is demanding to be locked up because she is fed up with all these court cases and appearances. Well, I hope the judge would explain to her that she ought to be learning a lot from all her other cases, perhaps if she didn’t go down the breaking the law route but to opt to have a few more morals, ie have driving lincence, insurance etc, don’t drink drive & drugs, it’s her who can only learn from this. There is no point in keep locking her up, she isn’t going to learn from this. She needs to learn from her own behavior
