Disgraceful. Thank goodness the proceedings have been halted without further cost to the taxpayer. I hope her reputation has been well and truly trashed - a greater punishment than the court could have given. I’m sorry for those who were taken in and for those genuine people such as our dear Soop who may not receive funding as a result of her wickedness.

A search for a match for a stem cell transplant and the procedure would be carried out on the NHS.

There are new treatments too, for the type of blood cancer which she claims she had.

Just a wicked conwoman who fooled so many people.
I'm sorry she got away with it.

There are too many people doing this. It’s awful.

The judge recognised that this woman had well and truly played the system, the trial by media will probably cause her a lot of grief.
How sick to say you have a life limiting illness and gain all that attention when you are perfectly well.
She sounds like a complete narcissist.

I have quite a lot of concern about platforms such as GoFundMe. They are forces for good in some cases but can easily be used to con people.

It's interesting that no prosecution has been undertaken. In a very similar case locally, a woman was taken to court and given a custodial sentence.

Not go fund me, but years ago, my father gave regularly to the local air ambulance, he found out that a woman had been skimming money off of the top of donations and refused to give another penny,he was so disgusted and he never gave to any charity again.

She was prosecuted Chocolatelovinggran. The prosecution has been going on for ages and seven judges have been involved. She has played the system to get hearings delayed and finally it was decided that enough taxpayers’ money had been spent.

I see GSM. What a travesty.
