How do I rate my Yodel delivery?

You could mention the lateness. Many people, including me, go to bed much earlier than that and would be concerned if a bang on the door late at night woke me up.

They kept going and you got your plants delivered. They probably worked long than was expected to reach your isolated door in the dark, then they had to get home themselves. If, they don’t receive a good report it may reflect on their job.

I would give him a good rating. He kept going when many others would have just taken your parcel back to the depot. In my experience you can tell Yodel where to leave your parcel and they will do that and not disturb you. Being a delivery driver is a miserable and badly paid job, your schedule set out for you meaning you can’t take a break.

I think a good review should be given. The driver made the effort to find you as you say you are quite isolated, and then, as others say, had to go back to the depot before heading home after, presumably, a long day. A negative review could impact his/her job.

I agree with others that it should be a good review.

He completed his deliveries, even though it was so late.

Perhaps he had the next day off, and wanted to finish his job off properly.

And your delivery was plants, so obviously best delivered than carted back to the depot and left wilting away….
