Weather warning.

Theheata is expected to last a week at most. After next weekend it will all cool down again.

30 degrees possible this week? I'm going to have to start complaining - having just dug out my winter jumpers and dressing gowns!

I must do. I found the weather in June almost unbearable. With floor to ceiling south facing windows we live with all the blinds down and the Dyson fan blowing.

Where did you find so much sweaty weather ? Must live a long way from me.

It was so cold the other day, 14C, I turned on an oil-filled radiator just to warm one room and was looking for some new winter jumpers as mine are all rather past their best!

And there I was, ready to bring out and freshen up my winter sweaters. Yesterday my favourite cotton skirt was washed along with numerous tee shirts. So they don't need to give up their drawer and wardrobe spaces yet.

I just knew the weather would be lovely once the children were back at school - and dh and I were off on holiday.

That’s nice, I like the warm weather. Our summers are far too short. Although I love it, I no longer enjoy sitting out in the sun, but I like the general warmth, brightness and no central heating to worry about.

Funny about the schools. Our long holidays are from early/mid December to February . Guess which is the hottest month? They often return in 40C heat.

The schools here have been back for a couple of weeks and the weather has been fine a lot of the time!

Can't take hot weather any more, but love the sun and blue skies that come with it. We had the blue skies today but a rather strong wind which spoiled it - there's no pleasing some folk 😉
Pittcity I don't envy you those temperatures one little bit but at least you'll have some summer weather to remember come winter!

Violetsky In my experience the Cardigan weather is often wet. They get a lot of rain from Ireland🌂🌂🌂

It’s due to rain when we go to a wedding next weekend and hopefully fine for the rest of the week when we are on holiday in the U.K.
But I’ll be very happy if it’s warm and sunny, less so if it rains, especially for the wedding.

No complaints here, it should ripen off the tomatoes in the greenhouse. I will have to ask MrJ to revarnish my toenails as I had the gel removed last week.
