I used to love dancing when I was younger. These days it is restricted to dancing round the house usually to my all time favourite group Queen. I think I am Freddie Mercury with the hoover dancing to I want to break free. I certainly want to break free from the monotony of house work and this definitely helps!

Yes, dancing makes me happy. I'd dance on the ceiling if I could, I don't ever want to stop.
It can be allsorts - classical ballet, disco, tap, but I prefer not to have a partner, just me (and the DGCs).

I dance round the kitchen when listening to favourite records on the radio. It’s good exercise and great therapy, especially during the dark days of Winter!

I go to weekly Ceroc classes. The ages of the people range from 20s to 96! Great way to learn and to meet new people. You can go on your own. You can use the moves to dance to any type of music

I used to love dancing but with my advanced age and so much metal work those days are over but I can dream. I adore Queen and The Rolling Stones.

My parents loved dancing and they loved visiting the ballroom at Blackpool, the place where the Strictly lot danced for one weekend during each series.

If any of us end up in Retirement Homes, do we think they’ll still be playing songs from WW2 for our delight and delectation? We’ll all be desperate for the Stones or Led Zeppelin, while being forced to listen to Vera Lynne or Glen Miller.

I dance at least once a week; recently I danced on four days running, twice practicing and twice performing. It is my absolute passion, and I dread the day when I won't be able to. Last year I broke a hip, but did everything I could do get back onto my dancing feet again!

It's good for your brain and memory as well as for your body, and definitely good for your mood!

Walked through the streets of Tonsberg today and saw this lovely couple dancing in the street as a busker played.
