Contact your local FE college, as it's the sort of thing they might do. I did one many moons ago when my hearing diminished. It was really interesting, as well as helpful. The local Deaf Association might also be able to help. Good luck.

Make contact with your local Deaf club where you will find lip readers and sign language users. Best place for advice. Our local education centre runs courses so try there or ask at the library.

May I add something please, it is a little off topic but may be useful if a person has difficulty lipreading?

I volunteer with the local Ambulance service as a community first responder and a paramedic showed me a useful app. It is called Live Transcribe, when I am speaking I hold my phone near to me but not in front of my mouth and my phone shows up the words I am speaking.

I hope this helps
