Good morning from a mild, but damp Torbay. I like the highland cattle joke, RosiesMaw! We have such creatures wandering free on Dartmoor, along with the ponies and many sheep.

Yesterday, I had a binocular field of vision test at my optician's, following the recent startling news at the hospital eye clinic. regarding a mini-stroke that must have occurred unbeknown to me. However, this test was inconclusive with a score of 111/120. I was told that people with monocular vision score lower and still drive and was advised to continue driving unless told otherwise at the hospital in due course.

Last night's rehearsal went reasonably well but we still had to endure lengthy director's notes at the end. 💤 Other than singing carols, my most important contribution is making tea and coffee for the troops in the interval! Otherwise, 20+ actors and crew in a small kitchen = chaos!

Have a good day, if possible! 🦩💐🎄🥰🦩

Good morning Mick and all to come.
Yes it seems to have stopped raining at last -for now anyway.
Specially for you !

Good morning from an as yet dry Bristol, rain to follow.
I hope you manage to get your Coows, Mick.
All went well yesterday; only my purse was badly hit by the dentist bill. Grr…
I left on time for the bus toDD’s as usual last night. There were at least two ghost buses and we waited nearly an hour for one to come.thankfully, it was neither wet nor windy.
Today, I’ve got my last Spanish class. Last day for the painter - another insult to my purse no doubt.
Still got a ginormous hole and barriers at the front of my flat; no one appeared yesterday. I wonder how long this will be allowed to go on.
Hope the weekend brings peace and contentment to all. Carpe diem 🦩🦩🦩🦩

Good Morning Everyone,
Dark and dry here at the moment in brackley after yesterdays wet day .
Am expecting a parcel in post today two Aberdeen Angus Coows , toys of course it was the mascot for the UCI World Cycling Championships last year in Scotland , its popular as even Clare Balding who was doing the BBC TV coverage had problems getting one.
Anyway its Friday and Fish & Chips plus usual bus trip to Bicester .
Take Care,
Mick
