Porridge made with water sugar sprinkle and milk topped when cooked. But I don't eat it until it is cold love it.

Dd is away, I was on breakfast-chef duty.
Two big pancakes each with half a sliced banana and lemon juice
An avocado
A poached egg with a large slice of buttered toast.
He’s 7! And skinny as a rake.

What on earth he’ll be wanting to eat when he really is a hollow -legged teen, I dare not imagine.

He was an almost off the scale fat baby, too.
