Sometimes they came in a basket with a long handle, too.

Then you could play red riding hood when you'd eaten your chocolate, or make a bed for your dolls.

I haven’t had one for years. I remember when I was a child some had lovely sugar icing flowers on them and were wrapped in cellophane. I usually treat myself to a little bag of Cadbury’s mini eggs.

My nan used to buy me those sort.
Cellophane tied with a little bit of curled ribbon at the top.

Yes My auntie used to give me and my sister those Easter eggs. They were too beautiful to eat really.

For me it has to be Cadbury’s creme eggs

The only choc I ever crave is a Cadbury’s Cream Egg 😋 ….. straight from the fridge 🤗

I don't like all of them but the boozy truffles are nice.

I get hotel chocolat quite regularly, which is a shame, because I really don't like them.

John Lewis have a Niederegger egg with small eggs in different flavours of chocolate marzipan. I’m hinting desperately but I know it’s falling on deaf ears. Second choice - one with Cadbury’s creme eggs in. Or just a box of Cadbury’s creme eggs would do nicely.

Well you just had to didn't you? 🤣🤣 I love Niederegger, only normally see or get them at Christmas, but now I'll be inconsolable if I can't have an Easter egg. I've told DH that Hotel Chocolate is fine as long as it's accompanied by Niederegger in some form 😊

Yes, Twirls....They should make Orange Swirls though!

Fox's are also making Orange Rocky Bars, at the moment. Some of them may have jumped into my weekly shop. I'm looking forward to those. I have a total weakness for orange flavoured chocolate, it would seem!

The Chocolate Orange Twirl ones are lovely. It's a shame Orange Twirls are limited Edition.

Any and all….last week, I bought 10 Easter Eggs for family as they were half price, I am considering getting sponsored to NOT EAT THEM….they are sooooo calling to me!

I admire your willpower. In a weak moment I ate my grandson's Easter Egg and have had to replace it.

Still got 8!

As long as they are chocolate I do not care what type it is.
