Before you all go off googling this condition, I’d like to add I didn’t know what this was! Until I got results back from a kidney scan/ultrasounds, I have a R duplexed kidney which means instead of 1 ureter tube on my R side, I have 2, which can cause some complications re waterworks/infections etc. somehow this is congenital (born with), I am 62 yrs of age and up until recently have never had any problems in this department.
I seem to have trouble in losing weight, I rejoined SW (slimming world) in January and still can’t shift some of my Christmas weight, I haven’t much to lose, about a stone, I wondered if there are any GN with this condition Duplexed kidney and does it have any bearing on weight gain/loss etc
