I am on the wrong side of 70 - I don’t feel young. I don’t wear fancy or fashionable (btw ,what’s in fashion now ) clothes. However, I had a super compliment from my 9 year old gs recently. Nan, you and Aunty N (my daughter) look like sisters. My daughter won’t be too pleased 😂- no, she’ll be fine. She’s a very attractive 54 year old and loves her little nephew.

X post pably15 (apologies) I see you talk about how you feel.

No. I feel younger than I am but I don't feel young!

The things chatted about above are not about how we feel - they seem to be about how we look

yes I do...I'm almost 80...like to have my hair looking nice and buy clothes I like for someone my age....but not old granny stuff...I still feel young inside..untill I try to get out of a chair...

I’m with you on this Tiley. I am your age. I have my hair done regularly and always make an effort when going out. I intend to carry on as long as I can. You never know what’s round the corner health wise.

i think the youth of today do not judge people so much on how they look.
this is an improvement, i think.
generally, there seems to be more respect for differences, and not drawing conclusions or making assumptions about individuals.

I am 72 and still feel young, I try to keep up with fashion and can't abide old granny clothes and like to keep my hair looking good. Still love wear good cut jeans etc. Can never quite understand why some ladies and men seem to let themselves go as they age.
