Hello GN's. Can anyone recommend a foot cream that actually works please
I have very hard skin on my feet and whilst I file it off I can't find a cream that keeps them supple at least for a few days.

I have been using this for several years, it really does keep hard skin away and prevents heels cracking.

Available in Boots or online.

I use CCS footcream daily and find it stops hard patches of skin forming on the balls of my feet. If I miss a day though and go for a longish walk the hard patches return.

(It's not enough to make my feet pretty though, I've never had pretty feet!)

I was just going to say that I'd need transplants!

I'd recommend trying O'Keeffe's Healthy Feet. It's known for its effectiveness in softening and moisturizing even the toughest foot skin.

Another one who uses CCS cream . My podiatrist swears by it

I use Burt's Bees Hand Salve. I put it on at night with a pair of cotton socks. During the summer while wearing sandals I find my feet dry out more than usual, this does the trick.

I use CCS cream but it only just controls the hard skin and cracks. A pedicure monthly helps but I certainly do not have pretty feet!

I have a monthly pedicure.

My feet are quite small, but not pretty.

I tried some of those made overnight socks, they have some thick cream in them, and little plastic bootie type things.

Nothing happened the next day and I was most disappointed! However two nights later, whilst spending the weekend at a friends house, I woke up and the bed was full of tiny pieces of dry skin, as was her floor! Awful! But my feet were lovely and smooth!

My daughter is a Podiatrist and recommends daily application of Flexitol 25% urea cream to get on top of the problem for a week or two. Then once it's improved significantly drop down to the 10% version (long term use of the higher concentration version is not recommended)

As I have to be on my feet a lot I use Super Healthy Skin by Beauty Pie.
It’s in a tub and lasts ages, advertised as a deluxe body moisture creme, it’s just brilliant.Use it anywhere on the body, I mainly use it for feet and hands and the scent is lovely.🥰

I use Flexitol and it’s very good indeed. It’s just remembering to use it regularly. 😉

I think nice feet are in my genes. Mum had lovely feet too. Neither of us have ever had corns, bunions etc and we have nice straight toes. My only downfall is dry heels but that’s my own fault.
