American comics - continuing the comic theme

We had a little book exchange, PinkCosmos, and it had all the American comics as well. I actually loved the Superman/Superboy/Supergirl series. I’d walk down with my dad and the dogs most Saturday mornings and pick up three or four. Sadly I then took them back to swap the following week as I’m pretty sure a lot of those 50s and 60s issues would be worth a bob or two now!

When I was young (in the late 60's) there was a stall on our local market that sold American comics.

Mu mum used to buy me Little Dot, Casper (the friendly ghost), Archie and Batman. I think they also had Superman but I wasn't interested in him!

I think there were others but I can't remember them.

I loved them as they seemed so exotic coming from America and so different from what I was used to.

Did anyone else ever have these?
