I think he has a look of the Spencer family (his great uncle) in this photo released today.

Apparently next year when he is 12y as heir apparent he can no longer travel by plane with William, it’s not allowed.

I agree with the OP in thinking he looks very much like his great uncle Charles Spencer.
I remember the day he was born, as it was on the same day we went to see our oldest granddaughter graduate from university with her BSc in Maths
