I have just spent near 90 minutes on my laptop with an Advisor from Nectar cards. Not how I meant to spend Saturday morning.
My Nectar card was scammed a few months back and some fifty quid taken from it - given back to me by Nectar when i realised. So that meant a new card and new number.
I have no idea how long I had a Nectar card, right back from the beginning - so my knowledge if its memorable word for security was not really with it!!!
They have been fine about restoring my points but serious problems trying to get my Sainsbury's on-line shopping to accept these points to take some money off my order.
Might have been me, not using the website properly, maybe not. So I went to Nectar chat line and have finally got the resolution I wanted. I can now spend those points when i do my Sainsbury's order!!! But nearly an hour and half!!!!
Even worse if I need to sort out a problem with my energy supplier, I can reckon on waiting on the phone (with the muzac playing) for a good hour or so,
How on earth do people not retired ever manage to do these sort of things?????
What medical conditions seem more common now than when you were growing up?
