Bestest present ever!

I was hoping to get some money for clothes for my seventeenth birthday but my father insisted on a course of driving lessons.

I didn’t realise at the time that it was the best present he could have given me.

Yes it was, blonde, caramel colour. As it was 1970, guess it wasn’t so awful to wear fur as it is now.

Sounds corny, but my four children are the best present ever! Followed by the mini my dear parents bought me for my 21st and my lovely engagement ring from my DH

So enjoying current, worse present ever, made me think about my best present ever, my beloved mother-in-law gave me enormous wrapped present just a few days before my wedding, the most beautiful fur jacket, she said, thought you’d like that more than a set of saucepans!! I so did😀
