Loads of times, it's usually totally ignored or if it's particularly noisy I get the giggles and set others off! It's one of the joys of being in my 70's and certainly won't stop me doing pilates! Mil lived with us for the last few years of her life, she was an extremely polite and "proper" lady, after a meal she would often "trump" her way from the table, she had main meals with us, to her apartment. Fortunately, she was very deaf so was completely unaware of this so was saved any embarrassment.

Lol and 'snap'. I also produce copious amounts of wind and have never found a remedy for this. I tend to blame the tablets I take for high blood pressure.
Before my 'Use it or Lose it' class for pensioners I take a 'windeze' or 'deflatine' tablet, hoping it may help a little.
If I break wind loudly I usually say something like "Ooops, excuse my bum" or "I do beg your pardon" or "I must lay off the baked beans" - depending on my audience. Fortunately it doesn't smell much (according to DH).
Mostly I ignore it.
It IS embarrassing, I agree. Can your GP change your tablets? (mine says not sad )

I’m due to start exercise class next week namely Pilates and suffer from gut problems I’m sure you can guess where this is going, while I really looking forward to going I’m going to be mortified if I break wind, has anyone else had this happen when in a class. The meds I’m on actually cause a lot of gas sadly
