Good morning Mick and all who follow from a dark but dry north Wales, another day like yesterday 🌞 will see me right!

Thank you all for your kind wishes for my dad, he’s chirping on about going to Goa in a fortnight so must be feeling better - we’ll see what his GP says about that…🫨

Mr PG is slab laying over the ugly old concrete paths and has suggested I assist on the mixer…🤬 informed him I had my own mixer and would be making Bara Brith - his mental gymnastics were a sight to see 😂

A better day for all is on order, hope it’s delivered promptly x

Good morning from a dark Bristol.
I have been rather busy. The vicar gave me a huge butternut squash to make into chutney, so I prepared it (2kg) together with “tons” of chopped onions, apples, ginger, etc., ready for my return from Tesco. The rest of the morning/early afternoon was spent cooking the spices, boiling the chutney and finally potting it. I got 18 pots. They now need washing and making the labels, etc. phew.
I’ve done two loads of washing this morning, ready for going away on Thursday. I also need to make marmalade as my church stock is low.
I’m sorry if I don’t name you, but believe me those of you with health/family problems are much in my thoughts and prayers.

Good morning from Malta where it is still dark. 29°C later.

I’m just off to look after littlest - his brother is well enough for nursery today so I’m wondering how they will get on without each other.

Glad you’re feeling better Mick.

Wishing you all a good day ☀️

Its dark with signs of overnight rain here in brackley this morning.
A very much routine of some housework , and then get the bus to Bicester , seems to be fewer people about shopping wise a sign of things to come .
Health wise , OK bowel wise .
