Face-lift

Call me naive but I just read what a face lift procedure is and No, I would never ever do that. Why not use makeup or botox instead, or that prescription wrinkle cream.

Luckily, my skin doesn't need one. If it did, I don't know. Probably not because I don't dye my hair or wear any make up or jewelry. I just believe my body is a vessel for my soul. I'll be moving on soon enough anyways.

A good friend had one, it was 😮 subtle, hardly noticeable and she looked great. Still looking good 15 years later. I get tired of hearing people say she can’t possibly be nearly 77.

I 'm dreading getting older for the simple reality that I will age like my mother! She didn't age like a fine wine; more like a cheap cider.

I have a caci facial monthly, it's more commonly know as , a non surgical face lift . It works well for me , I also have botox, on my frown lines, forehead and lines around my eyes . I do it for myself, not for anyone else. Results are amazing , I'm 60 now and would definitely have a surgical face lift in the future
