Long term friend moving without a word.

I’d forget the questions. Do they matter? Do you want to repair the ‘drifting apart’? I’d send a New Home card, and try to arrange a meet up after the move ( unless it’s very far away).

This smarts a bit and coincides with the anniversary of a bereavement ( although of course they don't know that).

Somebody I was very friendly with is moving away. I think it might have been kind to say something. Sadly we have drifted apart in recent years.

This has provoked a lot of unanswered questions . I suppose I will just have to snap out of it.
